These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rollout29 website, store, and services. By purchasing from Rollout29 or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. General Agreement

By placing an order with Rollout29 you confirm that:

• You are legally able to make a purchase
• The information you provide for billing and shipping is accurate
• You agree to all store policies including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any product condition disclosures listed on the product page.

Rollout29 reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.


2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product titles, descriptions, images and condition notes are accurate.

However minor variations may occur including:

• colour differences due to screen display
• packaging changes from manufacturers
• normal wear on pre-owned items
• manufacturing variations

These do not qualify as misrepresentation unless the item is significantly different from the listing description.


3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

Rollout29 reserves the right to adjust pricing if:

• listing errors occur
• supplier prices change
• market prices change

Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.


4. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment.

Once dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Delivery times depend on the postal service or courier and may vary due to factors outside our control including:

• postal delays
• customs processing
• weather or operational disruptions


5. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the postal or courier service.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

Lost parcels are reviewed case-by-case depending on tracking information and delivery confirmation.


6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of receiving the item if the item is unused and in original packaging.

Some items are not eligible for return including:

• opened sealed products
• digital products once delivered
• used items
• custom or personalised items

Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and verified.


7. Digital Products

If digital products are sold through our store:

• digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered or accessed
• corrupted or defective files will be replaced
• digital products may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without permission


8. Collectibles & Trading Cards

For trading cards, collectibles, or vintage items:

Condition descriptions follow commonly used grading standards such as:

• NM (Near Mint)
• LP (Lightly Played)
• MP (Moderately Played)
• HP (Heavily Played)

All condition assessments are made in good faith.

Minor imperfections consistent with collectible products do not qualify as misrepresentation.

Rollout29 is not responsible for differences in grading opinions by third-party grading companies such as PSA or BGS.


9. Limitation of Liability

Rollout29 is not responsible for:

• postal or courier delays
• delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the buyer
• damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
• value changes in collectibles once opened or used


10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled unless it qualifies under the Return & Refund Policy.

Rollout29 may cancel orders prior to shipping if:

• payment issues occur
• incorrect buyer information is provided
• stock availability changes
• suspected fraud or unusual activity is detected

Any cancelled order will be refunded if the product has not been shipped.


11. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


12. Privacy

Personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and shipping details are used only to process orders and provide customer support.
