Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Please note that custom, bulk, or special-order items may require additional handling time. If this applies to your order, we will notify you.
Packaging & Protection
We take care to package all items securely. Depending on the product type, packaging materials may include:

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is managed by the postal or courier service.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:

• any visible damage
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it under our Return & Refund Policy.
While delivery delays are outside our control, we will assist customers wherever possible in resolving shipping issues.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be handled as follows:
• Covered by Rollout29 if the issue was caused by an incorrect item or verified defect
• Paid by the buyer for change-of-mind returns where applicable
We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items, they may be combined into one shipment when safe and practical.
